Hi how can I see my proof of address details on my app please? Or statement?I need it from the last 3 months .Thank you

@Ingrida2 if you’re a contract customer you can download the last 12 months of bills. Open the app and click home, then click view bill, it’s under see details, at the top you can select different dates and download at the bottom of that page

If you are a contract customer, you would pay a monthly bill rather than topping up. Are you able to see what plan you are on in the app as this may help narrow it down?
