Parental control

I am having an ongoing issue with my parental control and it not being available. I want to be able to set timer on Internet. 
I have tried calling ee they said they could t fix it and escalated to a different company manages the parental control side I’ve brfer hewed anything from them and it still does not work a month later. EE don’t know how to fix it

I'm sorry to hear your unable to manage your parental controls and this has been escalated for you to the relevant team.
