If you had checked other threads, you would have found what to do, as there is nothing wrong with the app;.
Make sure you have the latest version, uninstall, reinstall the app, if that does not solve the problem, ring customer service to reset your account.

@Schockwave There is a new issue.
@Seanmc3 If EE give you an approximate time and that time lapses you’ll only kick off because that time has passed.
if you need access to your account you can always access your account via your web browser
