I have been struggling with this problem for a long time. I went to their office, called them Someone used my bank details and purchased some goods from my name. It is showing overdue in my cibil report .

I have also complained to the police regarding this but no solution is being found till now. I have also police reference number NFRC************ He is saying that you have also been scammed. You should contact the EE people and file your complaint with them. Please solve my query quickly. My symbol is getting deleted due to which I am facing a lot of problems in purchasing anything.

Hi @Mandeep6

You need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue and you can complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

You also need to speak to your bank and consider a claim with them

https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/fraudulent-payments

Lastly speaking with Citizens advice is advisable as well.
