If you'd like to chat online with us, you can do so via your My EE App.

To chat via the app, just follow these instructions:

1. Open: the My EE app on your mobile device. 
2. Log in: to your account. 
3. Tap: the Help section, which is located at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Select: the Message us option to start the live chat. 
5. If you can't find the option, try restarting the app, checking for app updates, or disabling any active VPN, as these can sometimes interfere with the chat function.
