Old email address and no password

Hi

ive got an account for my child’s mobile and it’s linked to my old email address which was deleted by the service provider years ago. I have no password and any password reset tries to send a code to it. I need it to be removed and replaced with recent one-is that even possible? Thanks

@KC19771  You’ll have to call customer support about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
