Not receiving verification email

I’ve just signed up with EE and to finish my set up on the app I need a verification email but nothing is actually being sent to me? I’ve checked my junk email aswell and nothing

@Forletta98   Try doing this via online and not the app.  Also check your spam folder just in case it ended up there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Forletta98,

If you login in the EE app (using the same details you used to log in to the community) and select the Link a product tile, you'll be send a OTP code via text to your EE mobile number for verification.

It doesn’t give me that option it only says verify via email
