It’s been going on for ages. I spoke to someone this week who also had issues locating my account details for my broadband (I also have mobile). Can anyone help? Don’t really want to wait an hour on the phone 😞

Sometimes this happens and you need to ask EE to delete your online account. You can then register again.

I have the same problem, and EE must find a permanent solution for this.
