I have not bern able to log  since July and despite multiple phone calls to tech support etc this has not been resolved.

I cannot check my bills, gift data or anything apart from see my profile.

Am I within my rights to cancel my contracts without penalties due to this issue as I've given them plenty of chances to resolve it

Absolute rubbish service and do not fix the issues.

Have they deleted your online profile to allow you to register again. 

If not then ask CS to do that first.

Don't know if that's bern done, but I've been through to  CS  and tech  and no one has fixed it.

It's supposed to be with  IT, but that's not resolved it.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I've raised it, went through support and a complaint was made. This evening the complaint has been closed but surprise surprise, it's not actually been resolved. 

I was told they moved systems earlier this year and it's because of that. It's incredibly frustrating that it's not being properly handled.

If a ticket has been raised with the IT team, they will get back to you once they have fixed the problem you are facing.

I wish we were within our rights, I am in the SAME BOAT! Absolutely disgraceful service, and they literally don't care because they're not obligated to nor will they lose our money (although they have lost out from me because I can't do any add-ons or subscriptions because of this issue lol, but it's not the same as me being stuck in a useless contract..)
