It doesn`t show me the bill and how much i have to pay

when I connect to my application, it doesn't show me the invoice or how much I have to pay, it gives me a link, I access it, I enter my phone number and accept the contract number, and then it tells me that my account is connected to another account, I called costume service, I said what is the email address, he said that he will change the address and enter the account in 4 days and he will go to see the bills, I did the same and nothing works, the link always appears, I want the application to be made so that I can pay more easily and have a record of the bills

Welcome to the EE Community.
Have you used a different email address in the past for online access? If so it may be worth trying that.
You may need to contact Customer Care team again to check if your online account has been merged correctly to the email address/login you have been trying to use.
In the mean time you can also make a payment on our Fast Payment page without having to log in.
You can check the bill amount by texting BILL to 150

They will tell you that they need to "merge accounts"... I am stuck in this cycle and have been for over two months. If you get a solution/if it gets fixed, please let me know, and I'll come back and do the same, as I am very stuck with the same issue.
Keep calling if it's not fixed and ask to be sent the 'tech team'... the tech team are customer facing spokespeople for the back end 'admin team' who should be working on actually fixing this. please ask up front all the information they need and ensure your personal details are correct...
