New to EE and can't access account

Good morning. I switched from another provider and joined EE yesterday. I tried to register an account and it appeared to register sucessfully. That is until I tried to log onto the app and it claimed that the password was wrong (it wasn't) I then had to reset the password but everytime I tried to reset it I was told that the password was weak and could easily be guessed. This was a password with everything. Capital, lower case, numbers and symbols. 

I then spebt nearly 2 hours on live chat getting passed from pillar to post with no solution so I am hoping someone hear can help me.

If so, are you able to log into your My EE account online

I registered my account but that's as far as I could get. I contacted 150 to get them to remove the email address and I would register again. They did that but it wouldn't allow me to register. 

@Leanne_T this is the message I get. Regardless of how secure it is

Are you using a password with all of the below?

 

  • 8-30 characters
  • One upper case letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number

 

Please use no spaces or special characters.

I have used my phone, internet and chrome.

I used my laptop firefox, edge and chrome. 

 

I am not technically naive. That's why I am resorting to asking here.

This evening I tried to log In to EE and guess what, it wouldn't let me. I had to change the perfectly good password that I have been using for years. Not impressed.
