Hi @Jezza9290

Thanks for your feedback.

We’ve updated your My EE app onto a new platform so that we can add to the app quickly and get lots of exciting features to you in the future. The design has changed too, and the new welcome experience will help you navigate your way through our brand new look, so that you can find what you need more easily.

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Thank you for your response regarding my message saying that the new app
doesn't show the remaining time period for your package. I've updated the
app on my devices to the latest version and just renewed my package which
is a 90 day one and have studied the new app in detail but cannot find any
reference to time remaining. The old app along with data remaining gave
days remaining which the new one appears not to do.

Regards,

Jezza

Thanks for this feedback @Jezza9290

Can you view the information in your My EE account online?

If you text BALANCE to 150, you will see the information you need.

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

The online website doesn't show days left any more either - it always did.
I attach a screen grab just taken. On both the app and online where the
data remaining is shown it used also to say 'you have xxdays remaining' -
ie from the original 90 or whatever package.
