Hi, I'm a new customer with EE and I can log into the web based account okay, but when I try the same details on the app, it says the below image:
Apparently I'm not the account holder???

Then it isn't what you assumed. That error msg isn't about not being account holder but appears to be a system issue telling you to come back later. Try doing it on your online MyEE. It's more reliable than the app.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

Hi there, I've looked at this and I am correctly down as the bill payer, with the correct mobile number assigned to it.. still not working..
Any other ideas?
