Hi,

i've just signed up to a new Pay monthly sim. I used my email which I forgot already has a PAYG sim linked to it. Will this cause an issue when i get my new pay monthly sim? Or do I need to delete the PAYG sim from my account as i no longer use it

Hello @bdg051 ,

Welcome to the community,

You say you signed up to a new pay monthly sim, so I take it you did not upgrade to a contract from a pay as you go, is that right?

If that is the case, then you will have a new number, but if you upgraded, which you should have done, then you would have kept the same number and can continue to use the same SIM card.

I would also suggest ringing customer service to reset your account, so that you can log-in to your account, as you cannot log-in  to your contract account, hope that helps.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The PAYG number is old very old. Completely forgot about it. I'm currently moving from o2 to EE. So should i still get in touch even though i dont care about the payg ee number that already exists on my email?

You can't mix contract & PAYG under the same MyEE.
