NHS Perk portal

Hi,

I'm unable to log into the perk portal or reset my password. It says a reset email has been sent but there is nothing in inbox or junk, of either of my email addresses.

My bill is incorrect so I'm unsure if my discounts applied correctly when I upgraded.
