Hi ,I don't know why my ee online account doesn't show my bill history? Could anyone help about it? Please

We're aware of a small number of users who are having problems accessing their bills online. Our support teams are investigating this and working to fix it as soo as possible. 

If you can't access your bills, and you need information urgently, please give us a call.

Always saying like that and nothing had change been 2 month.. Having same problem to access my bill

Are you trying to view it through the EE App, or the EE Online desktop site? Do you get the same problem with both?

Small number of people u mean everyone and its 2months since u msgd why hasn't anything been done about it EE customer service is the worst

I know how important it is to be able to view your bills.

What happens when you try to view the bill? Do you see any error message?

Are you able to view other parts of your account?

Have you tried in both the EE app and on the EE website?
