Good day. I'm trying (hard) to add my home broadband account to MyEE so I can manage my account on line. I can get to what appears tro be the final stage by receiving the text code to complete the connection but then it fails everytime saying there is a fault at EE's end. Getting frustrated here. Any ideas anyone? Been trying for couple weeks now. Each time I speak to someone they say they've done it for me but its not there!

Morning Katie, and thanks for replying. The issue is resolved. I logged in to reply to you and as at this am my account is miraculously updated with my broadband, so all is good. There was a delay since yesterdays phonecall to try to resolve this.
