If it is your broadband you are having issues with I would recommend texting HELP to 66033
Follow the instructions in the text and we will run some checks on your connection to find out what is going on and depending on what is found, arrange an engineer for you or give you a call back for further help.
You can also get in touch with our broadband technical team using the numbers on this page if you prefer.
