Ive just purchased the nrw samsung watch on pay monthly and im trying to set up my ee account. But i dont have a mobile number or broadbandaccount number to set up. Does this mean im unable to see my monthly bills ect.

You must have had an EE mobile phone or SIM contract to have been able to purchase a watch from EE.

I havent. They still let me purchase one. Im with three network for mobile sim

Which Samsung Watch do you have, @Keelykohen2017? You definitely don't have another pay monthly number on the same account?

Samsung watch5 and nope definitely not because i was going to take a sim contract out but they said i didnt have to because i wouldnt have used it even if i did

That's unusual, @Keelykohen2017. Usually you have to have one.
I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can help you get set up.
