Hi my EE app having problems, for the past 2 days I have not been able to log on.
I get to were you enter the pin and automatically puts the pin in it and does not go any further,
I have videod it and sent it to EE on twitter without sorting the problem.
I have tried 2 other phones and still the same happening on those, but according to EE there is nothing wrong with the APP or anything on their side.
Anybody else having the same problem.
It was working fine up until Friday morning.

Welcome to the community,
I have just checked and mine is working fine. Do you have the latest up to date version?
Could you uninstall and re-install and register again with it and see if that solves the problem?

A new version has just been released today and it works now. Should work for you too as they patched up the previous version.

I must of uninstalled it about 20 times,
And still the same and like I said tried it on 3 phones so cannot understand why it ain't working.

Just uninstalled and installed it again after seeing your post.
And still not happening,
Just before it goes on to the add pin it says in the top left hand corner bad request.

Yeah I can log in via a Web browser, so it must be down to the app.
Just installed it back on my stepson s22 and it still doesn't work on his.

Hi I have been having same problem with my ee app login for whole week now,I have spoken twice to ee tech guy's this afternoon,a male & female person,they both admitted to me that there sorry,but ee are having technical issues with my ee app log in & website login cannot even check my account details,apparently they are in process of updating app format or whatever,also website & are well aware that there are faults at moment,they apologised but could not tell me when the issues would be resolved,they said they have had several customers reporting same issues,so it wasn't true what you were told,it is EE having problem's,which is very frustrating,when they can't even give info when it will be resolved & functioning normally again,hope this is if some help?Just hope they do sort it soon!
