I login my EE app account, but it shows the message as the picture.
I also tried to login EE website, but the system cannot show my profile and my account info.
I already linked up my broadband bill to my account and I can’t check and pay my bill right now. I has called EE several time about it in past 2 weeks. Each time they told me they would fix it and you can login again after 3 days. In fact, the problem still on and I don’t know how to do.

@Donald33 , I would suggest ringing customer service so that they can reset your account and try downloading the app again and logging in again, see if that resolves it.
