It says the My EE App is being improved, when i go on the app, any idea when it will be back on and running as i want to use the app to report my phone lost

I'm sorry to hear you've lost your phone.

You can't report your phone lost via the app. Please get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible so a member of the team can bar your SIM and blacklist your phone.
