Monitoring my data

So I have the EE app and have been monitoring my data up until yesterday when all of a sudden I can’t see my data and it just keeps saying, sorry somethings gone wrong, please try later. But it’s been over 24hours and I can’t see how much data I’m using. Can anyone help please?

I’ve tried updating the app, reloading the app, logging out then I etc but no such luck?
