Help I’ve been trying to sign into my ee account forever. I can login okay but as soon as I press the continue button it says that I need to register a device. I enter my mobile number and it says that “This device is already being used’ so I’m unable to login to my account. I have called ee but I’m still waiting for an answer.
please. HELP

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account. You can then register again.
