Hi
I'm a complete newbie having got my new SIM for my SIM only contract yesterday.
I registered yesterday evening but am unable to login via app or website. I just get login error and yet if I click on register in top right I can then see my details and number but when I press manage I'm taken back to the error login screen.
Any help?

Could you try registering on a different device or browser please and let me know if it's any different?
