What is the issue now... been trying to login to the app / online for a few months now. Everytime I call I'm told there's a 'patch' but it's not up and running yet!! How can you expect customers to manage accounts online if you can't fix a simple thing like the ability to login.
Other people around me can access their details and according the person I spoke to there's nothing wrong with my account... so what do I do??
