Hi. I got a sim a few months ago and registered it on the app. I then found out that the sim I was sold was not the correct one. I wanted a data only so I could test signal strength on all the locations  I will be visiting. That being said I have now a sim only plan with 3 sim cards. I have tried to down load and use the EE App to get information. When my bill will be paid how much data is on each sim and how to gift data to the other sims if required but I keep getting sent back to my original account and it doesn't let me update anything. Every time I go in to profile  I get a sorry something went wrong it is us not you please try again later. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Should I keep trying or am I doing something wrong?

I'm happy to hear you can view all of your plans now.

Your wife's plan will refresh on your account's billing date, with pro-rata allowances and billing for the period leading up that date.

Hi James.

Yes they are all registered. After several attempts over the weekend the App finally worked and the information is now showing. What I don't understand is my wife's sim was only activated on Thursday and it is saying the plan will re set in 13 days.
