Hello, I am trying to access the ee live chat/message but can I heck get access to it. Am trying via the ee app, have tried via messenger and it says to download the ee app! Erm already have. This service from ee is very hit and miss, it needs to be more consistent. 

 Has this service now finished or is it available when suits ee?

You can order a Pay as you go SIM card from Pay as you go plans on the UK's best network

Alternatively you can pick up ae EE Pay as you go SIM card from most local shops. 

Once you have your SIM card you can transfer your number to EE - just text PORT to 150 from your new EE sim. 
This will take you through 2 steps to submit your PAC Code and transfer your number.
