Live chat window not popping up

Hi 

I usually upgrade via the live chat option but I have tried different windows and different browsers and the window no longer pops up - is this no longer an option?

Welcome to the community.

Upgrades are done online through the upgrade store, by calling 150 or in your local EE store.
