Linking your EE products to your EE ID never works

Staff in store advised me to remove the account holder tag and re-add just the end-user tag from my husbands line as he was getting bombarded from EE reps selling additional services. I have repeatedly opted out as per GDPR.

Removing the bill payer tag from my husbands phone also removed mine, and the known fault in your system prevents linking devices in the app or in browser.

Currently unable to check usage or view billing, I know my husbands line is out of contract, I have wasted numerous phone calls during my work breaks as the agents cant seem to find either phone number when they can understand me. have given up on visiting the nearest store, they do not seem to be interested unless there is a sale or contract involved for their commission.

Is there anyone anywhere who has the relevant skills or competence to resolve these issues, or do we get PUK codes and Leave EE after 21 and 17 years repsectively.

@derryberry : There is no such thing as "out of contract"! You are either in or cancelled!

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts.
