Please could someone confirm if two PAYG mobile numbers can be linked to the same EE Account ID? I've had different responses, one saying you can and one advising that you must create separate Account/EE ID for each PAYG number.
Bit of background…
I have struggled to link my two mobile numbers to my EE ID since an APP update back in October/November 2025. Before this period, under the earlier version of the EE APP, I could access/manage two PAYG numbers through the APP installed on one phone.
With the help of Customer Services today, I have managed to link my "everyday" number, but cannot link my additional number that I use, when I don't want to give my main number, or use where websites ask for additional/backup contact details for security codes.
I thought I had this sorted with Customer Services today, who to be fair have been extremely helpful. We temporarily managed to get both linked to the same existing EE ID, but when I checked a bit later, the other number had disappeared from the account and would no longer link.
I tried creating a new separate additional account but have had to leave it with support, as the additional number would still not be linked. I’m supposed to call back in three days.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Welcome to the Community!
As your EEID is linked to your account then you would need to have both of your numbers linked on the same EE account. If these are on separate accounts then it wouldn't be possible to have these both on the same EE ID.

Thanks for the reply.
I thought I had this sorted after speaking to Customer Services, and did have the two PAYG numbers linked under the one ID briefly. However, when I signed in the EE APP later on the same day, the additional number no longer appeared linked.
As mentioned in the original post, I've had different responses, one saying you can and one advising that you must create a separate Account/EE ID for each PAYG number.
Have had to leave it with EE Support.
