I can’t link my broadband online it keeps saying “error on our end”.
the my ee app ain’t working and keeps saying I’m not the account holder and I can’t seem to fix this.

Not true. I have same issue and noone i call at ee can fix it their end. They put in a raised request for help with the issue but they say they dont even know which team that request goes to and the customer service or technical (tried both) say they will call me back then never do!
