Link a device to new account when part of family plan

My wife had an EE account, and when I wanted to switch providers I chose EE as well.

She ordered the eSIM through her account to get the family saving.

I now want to manage my phone/sim through my own ee account, and not have to use hers.

However, when I try to link my new number to my own EE account, I get the message that the device is already linked to another account.

Is there any way to have it so I can have it show up on my account as well as hers?

@UnknownSolar You can’t have one device across two accounts. How would you be billed?  if you want the device on your own account then the account holder that your device is on needs to call customer services and request a change of ownership you will also need to be present to accept that request as you will also needs to pass a credit check.

you can share an account where one person is the account holder, i.e. the bill payer and the other person is an account user and is not responsible for bills.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
