I have to numbers on one account and since the latest update one number shows correct roaming info whereas the others is incorrect. When I try to switch on roaming in the app I get an error message saying try later. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. This has happened in the past too. It is driving me crazy.

Don't rely on the app. Go to the horse's mouth. Does it do the same in your online MyEE?

The issue for a lot of users where it says roaming isn't enabled and won't let you select it (even if roaming is enabled) is a known issue by EE that they seem incapable of fixing. I had a case open for a while, they eventually closed it saying they would fix it, they didn't. I suspect they closed it to make their stats look better.

Yes, it does, and I had the same issue over a year ago. It is irritating as you never know if your roaming is fully functional. I would think this is not rocket science and since they fixed the last time, they should be aware of it but every time they release an app update, we seem to be back to square one.

I now text roaming to 150 to verify it every now and then and that does seem to be accurate.
