If I join my ee will I have to change my original PAYG service to a monthly contract.

At present I top up as and when needed,irregularly!

Hi James…have not yet bought my new phone!….but before doing so and if you can help further…

when I request/receive/and fit a new nano sim into my new phone,..how does the activation work?

Since I won’t be able to login to activate from new phone, can only do  this on connected old phone….is this how it activates new phone for use?

Hi @jfostern,

When you activate your new SIM online, a one time pass code will be sent to your old phone, which you then enter on the website.

You can use any device to access the activation page, it doesn't have to be one of the phones.
