Been with EE for around 4 months now and BT broadband for around 6-7 years, I was told my discount would automatically start after my second payment went through, still waiting for it to happen
Whenever I try to access the EE app it's always down for maintenance
Some information please?

EE ghastly app. Had so much trouble trying to log in. Let’s hope their maintenance improves it
