How do you get onto live chat on EE? Cant see it anywhere. Nothing pops up

@Layeney live chat is available to contract customers only you need to log into your account and wait for a live chat window to pop up.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am logged in and do have a contract. Nothing is popping up. Half hour so far.

@Layeney , that is because they are busy answering phone calls, as they will take priority.
