Is anyone else having problems with the app for Android?

The EE app seems to have stopped working for me since the upgrade, at home I have no phone signal and rely on a wifi connnection to use my phone, if this has anything to do with it. The app loads a screen with a small ee logo and then just sits there until finally asking for a logon via a browser, which then tells me I have no signal.

Any ideas, the app is useful for me to see what data levels I have left and for data gifting.

Could you try deleting and redownloading the app please?

I'm having the same problem got no signal my bill is due soon and I can't get on to pay my bill its been updating for two days now .

Yes I have tried all the usual, clear cache and data and reinstall.

Is there any thing else I can try?

Yes I can login to the EE site, that is how I posted this query. Although I have also noticed that logging in to the site on my phone is a little unpredicatble. It invited me to check out upgrades and when I clicked on the upgrade area it told me the page could not be found. That was on a 4g signal, not my wifi.

So, I raised this sissue with tech support and it seems there are known problems with the App.

They are currently working to resolve these, and I was asked to check it in a couple of weeks time.

So now we know.
