The number provided on the EE app amd website, to contact support is stating that the number is incorrect.
Do you have an alternative number to contact or social media account/webchat? Maybe a WhatsApp?
+44 (0)7953 966 150 was the number used, and it is not recognised.

Thanks Xray
I resolved it after by removing the +44 and adding the full international dialing code. So dialling straight off the link is not advisable.
Thanks for the above though, will keep that in mind for another time.

What's wrong with the '+44'? It is the International dialling code for UK. What full International dialling code did you replace it by?
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.

@XRaySpeX It’s using the 0 after the 44 that messed it up. +44 (0)7953 966 150
it should be +44 7953 966 150
or if you have a device that automatically adds correct international code it’s 07953 966 150.
I know iPhones have this option within the phone settings and it’s called dial assist.

But, @Chris_B : I never used '0' after the '+44'. I thought that OP was saying my suggested no. doesn't work with its '+44'.
