why is so hard to find out any information on or about insurance, take my money for yrs an yrs not to claim an when I possibly need to I can’t because your closed or I’ve no phone so borrow a mates log in an no can’t claim block do anything on the app!.. oh but wait it 2am an your closed!… perfect EE just great work!..
order EarPods an ps5 an upgrade, but not a new phone for a contact I could have signed 2/4 months ago 🤷♂️🤦🏻♂️

If the device has been lost or stolen you would need to contact us to let the team know, they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

@Binnie187 Do you work 24 hours a day ? And why not read your insurance documents that got sent to you so you’ll know how to make an insurance claim.
