Basically some one has stole my neices phone and it had my sim card in the phone Imbeen getting Charged he'll of alot of money Im struggling as it is but I've just obviously just checked my bill and they've took alot of money that I simply can't pay also I only found put yesterday the phone was stolen so they have used he'll of money and there on about taking 80 pound off me tomorrow I can't afford to pay that I only get 230 a week and I am struggling my bill iss only 18 pound but the other sim has been proppa rinsed and there charging 245 or something the bill is owed 245 I don't get it the number that ha s been stolen is *********** could you please look into this number pls and block it coz its alot of money i. Don't have alot of money and I suffer with bad depression and anxiety and I've got he'll of alot of **bleep** I don't understand all this

I am very sorry to hear the phone has been stolen with the SIM card you pay for. 

Please call our mobile care team on either 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 to get the SIM card blocked and look into the charges you have received. They will also help you with the bill.
