That's no good when your doing maintenance on your side.
Wouldn't it be easier for yourself & customers to do this in an eve around 10pm when less people are likely to need to use it?

If you are using the app, have you tried deleting the app and re-installing from the play/app store?
Can you log into your My EE account online?
