I've been trying to solve a problem with EE for months and I get to his representatives here in the city where I live, they don't want to answer, they say to call support, I've tried several times to explain the situation and they don't want and don't even have interest in helping. Two different emails were registered and I asked support to remove one of the registrations, he removed the wrong one and still put my name missing a surname so when I try to do the ID recognition it informs that the name is not readable because it is different from what is in the system. Nobody solves anything.
