I go into my account, and they write that I'm not the owner. How can I update or restore? Thank you

@Asror1   When you set this up you set yourself up as a user not the bill payer.  You can change this yourself via your account. 
Log in to your My EE > Menu > Account Settings > Tick bill payer.
