I am not the account holder when I am

Hey sir / madam  

the app it’s  saying I am not the account holder when I am. And  it’s not letting me in to the settings  either    Please can you help me

As @Chris_B has said, it sounds like your account was set up with you as the user, and not the account holder, which is why you are seeing this message. If you give us a call, then they will be able to update this in our system.

@Hollylampert90   you need to set up your account as the bill payer not an account user this is why you are not the holder of the account as you are set as a user.   You set this up via your online EE account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Hollylampert90   Press the green GIVE US A CALL  in the message you replied too.   Or from your EE phone 150,  select option 2 then the closest option to your issue.
