How long will the app be down?

I can’t access the app and am unable to make changes to the wifi settings to stop my children being online on a school night.

How long will the app be down? It would reassure users if there was a notification mentioning when the app was likely to be back up and running.

The current message is a little vague. 🤔

Having the same issue with the app, can’t log on to restart my hub - no WiFi for 6hrs now and also no tv as a result. 

I wouldn’t mind if it actually worked reliably when it was accessible but it doesn’t. 

my BT broadband and app worked fine in the main. Since my forced switch over to EE I’ve had nothing but issues with it. 

@Peedoffeeuser : You don't need an app to restart your router. Just reboot it.

tried that three times tonight. 1st time was a quick off/on, the second occasion I left it for 2-3 minutes and the most recent time I left it off for an hour. It’s still hopeless.
