Your account number will show on your welcome email, or if you purchased in store it will be on your contract print-out.

Hi David,

I have switched from BT to EE and the only way to view my bill is via the app which asks for your account number which is on your bill. The bill with account number is on the app and the app needs the account number to access the bill!

I am baffled as to how I can access my account when I have never been sent an account number

any ideas would be welcome please
