How can I open EE app on iPhone without 4 digit passcode?

Hi there @Musicman63

Thanks for posting on the community. 

To use a different log in option, could you try deleting the app and reinstalling this, when you are asked if you would like to set up a 4 digit PIN code please say yes to this option.

You will then be able to select how you would like to log in and see the available options.

Hi @Musicman63,

Are you setting up a PIN when you first install the app? You won't be able to set up a biometric sign in option until your PIN is setup.

I have deleted the app many times but it always comes back the same having to use the 4 digit pass code.

Any chance of getting a step by step guide so as not to use the pass code

Hi @Musicman63,

After setting up you four digit passcode in the app, it should then automatically prompt you to setup up a biometric sign in option if your device is compatible.

I have an iPhone11. Haven't had an automatically prompt you to setup up a biometric sign in option.
