Hi,
On my account, I am usually the main account holder and each month I go in and "gift data" to the others on the account. This month my app updated and locked me out. Now that I am finally in, the number linked to my account is the secondary number, and I can no longer gift data. I have tried to call EE numerous times, and have also requested a call back but have still heard nothing.
Please help!

Welcome to the community.
When you go to the Manage Numbers section of your My EE account, are you listed as the bill payer?
If not, does it let you re-add yourself as the bill payer?
