Welcome to the community,

Have you checked your App Store or play store to see if there is an update? 

This has been written so many times in threads what to do, and yes there have been updates, you could also try uninstalling and reinstalling from the App Store or play store and if you are still having problems, ring customer service to reset your account, also clear your cache might help too.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
